About the Partners
O R Maloo & Co., Chartered Accountants is a Partnership Firm by the constitution. We have two Founders and have two qualified and well-experienced Chartered Accountants as Partners. All the Chartered Accountants are complementary to each other and have long standing successful relationships with their clients.
Founders
CA Omkar Maloo
B. COM, LLB, FCA, INSOLVENCY PROFESSIONAL
CA Omkar Maloo started his career in the year 1990 by becoming an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and became a Fellow Member in the year 1996.
He is also an Insolvency Resolution professional registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
He looks after the Income Tax, Audit and Consultancy Divisions of the firm. His area of expertise includes devising succession structures, acting as an Insolvency professional, etc. Over his career, he has worked with clients across industries ranging from Infrastructure, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals to Tech start-ups, Telecom, Fintech, Financial Services, etc.
CA Rohit Maloo
M.COM, MBA (FINANCE), FCA, DISA (ICAI), REGISTERED VALUER (SECURITIES / FINANCIAL ASSETS), CERTIFICATE COURSE ON INTERNATIONAL TAXATION, CERTIFICATE COURSE ON CONCURRENT AUDIT OF BANKS, CERTIFICATE COURSE ON FORENSIC ACCOUNTING AND FRAUD DETECTION
CA Rohit Maloo started his career in the year 2008 by becoming an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and became a Fellow Member in the year 2017.
After becoming CA, he completed his MBA (Finance) from International Management Institute, New Delhi in the year 2011.
He has worked as a Business Analyst with Citicorp Services India Limited (Investment Banking Division) for a period of 14 months (April 2011 – June 2012).
He has also cleared (Information System Audit) ISA exams from ICAI in 2013. He has also done a certificate course in International Taxation from ICAI in 2014. He became Registered Valuer (Securities and Financial Assets) in 2019 and completed certificate course on Concurrent Audit of Banks in 2019 and Forensic and Fraud Detection in 2020.
He looks after the Audit, Valuation and International Taxation Divisions of the firm. His area of expertise also includes advising on domestic / international tax issues and structures for inbound and outbound investments.

She started her career in the year 2020 by becoming an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.
She looks after the Accounting and GST Divisions of the firm.
CA Siddharth Maloo
B.Com, ACA, CERTIFICATE COURSE ON CONCURRENT AUDIT OF BANKS, CERTIFICATE COURSE ON INDIAN ACCOUNTING STANDARDS (IND AS)
He started his career in the year 2019 by becoming an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.
He looks after the Audit and Assurance and GST Divisions of the firm. His area of interest also includes Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, GST Audit, and providing corporate clients consultancy for day-to-day matters.
